Morning yoga session. You will be collected from their hotel and transferred to a tranquil yoga retreat or garden studio nestled in Chiang Mai’s lush surroundings. Warm greeting by the instructor with herbal tea. Short introduction to the philosophy of yoga and mindfulness, setting intentions for the day. Gentle stretching to awaken the body. A guided meditation session to cultivate mindfulness and presence, followed by quiet reflection in the serene garden. Guests conclude the session feeling refreshed and centered, then return to their hotel with a renewed sense of energy and peace. Return to your hotel for relaxation. Afternoon temple meditation. You will be transferred to Wat U-Mong, a centuries-old forest monastery located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, known for its tranquil surroundings and meditation tunnels. Warm welcome by the resident monk or meditation guide. Introduction to the monastery’s history, its forest setting, and the principles of mindfulness in Buddhist practice. Around 5 pm after the meditation, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Free day at leisure at your hotel. You will enjoy a 1 hour massage treatment at your hotel.
08:30 – Hotel Pick-Up & Scenic Drive Depart from Chiang Mai city and enjoy a picturesque drive through lush countryside and mountain landscapes en route to the hot spring area. 09:30 – Hot Spring Relaxation Arrive at the natural hot springs. Stroll around the steaming geysers, soak your feet in mineral-rich pools, or opt for a private bath session. Learn about the therapeutic benefits of the hot springs, cherished by locals for centuries. 11:00 – Village Walk & Local Encounters Take a short walk through a nearby village to observe daily life. Meet local artisans and discover traditional crafts, adding cultural depth to the day. 12:00 – Organic Farm Visit & Lunch Arrive at a family-run organic farm. Tour the fields and gardens where seasonal fruits, herbs, and vegetables are cultivated using sustainable methods. Participate in light hands-on activities such as harvesting or planting. Enjoy a wholesome farm-to-table lunch prepared with fresh organic ingredients, highlighting authentic Northern Thai flavors. 14:00 – Farm Activities & Learning Engage in interactive sessions: Herbal workshop (learn about medicinal plants and teas) Cooking demonstration with organic produce Insight into eco-friendly farming practices and community initiatives 16:00 – Leisure Time & Refreshments Relax in the farm’s serene surroundings with herbal drinks or fresh fruit. Take time to wander the gardens or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. 17:00 – Return to Chiang Mai Depart the farm and drive back to Chiang Mai city. Drop-off at your hotel by early evening.
08:30 – Hotel Pick-Up & Transfer to Cooking School Depart from your hotel and head to a local cooking school set amidst lush gardens. 09:00 – Market Visit & Ingredient Selection Begin with a guided visit to a nearby market. Learn about traditional herbs, spices, and fresh produce essential to Thai cuisine. Select ingredients for your cooking session. 10:00 – Hands-On Cooking Class At the cooking school, enjoy a step-by-step lesson led by expert chefs. Prepare several authentic Northern Thai dishes such as: Som Tam (green papaya salad) Tom Yum (spicy soup) Pad Thai (stir-fried noodles) Mango Sticky Rice (dessert) 12:00 – Lunch & Tasting Savor the dishes you’ve prepared in a communal meal, accompanied by refreshing herbal drinks. 13:30 – Transfer to Sound Healing Center Travel to a serene wellness retreat surrounded by nature. 14:00 – Introduction to Sound Healing Meet your practitioner and learn about the principles of sound therapy, its origins, and benefits for mind-body balance. 14:30 – Sound Healing Session Lie back and immerse yourself in soothing vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. The session encourages deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner harmony. 16:00 – Reflection & Herbal Tea Conclude with a quiet reflection period and enjoy a calming herbal tea. Take time to absorb the peaceful energy before departure. 16:30 – Return to Hotel
