Itinerary

Arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your English Speaking tour guide. Transfer to your hotel. Evening street food tasting tour at Chinatown. Bangkok’s Chinatown (Yaowarat) is one of the largest in the world, famous for its bustling street food scene, historic temples, and vibrant night markets. It’s especially lively after sunset, when neon signs light up Yaowarat Road and vendors serve everything from dim sum to seafood. Return to your hotel.

You will travel from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi. On the way, you will visit the Mae Klong train market. A visit to Mae Klong Railway Market offers a truly unique experience where daily life unfolds right on the train tracks. Stroll through narrow lanes lined with stalls selling fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and local snacks, while vendors skillfully arrange their goods to make way for the train that passes directly through the market several times a day. As the whistle blows, awnings are swiftly pulled back and baskets shifted aside, creating a thrilling spectacle of precision and routine. Once the train has passed, the market seamlessly resumes its lively rhythm, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere, capture unforgettable photos, and enjoy the authentic charm of Thai local commerce. Then you will head to Damnoen Saduak floating market. Damnoen Saduak Floating Market offers a lively glimpse into traditional Thai life, where vendors paddle wooden boats laden with fresh fruits, local snacks, and handicrafts along narrow canals. Visitors can soak in the vibrant atmosphere, sample authentic delicacies like coconut pancakes or boat noodles, and capture colorful scenes of bustling trade on the water—a quintessential cultural experience just outside Bangkok. Enjoy local lunch at a restaurant. Stop at the River Kwai bridge for photoshoot or walk. Stop at the war cemetery for a short break. Transfer to your hotel and check in.

You will travel from Kanchanaburi to Khao Yai. Traveling from Kanchanaburi to Khao Yai takes you across central Thailand’s scenic countryside, moving from the historic river town into the lush highlands of Nakhon Ratchasima province. Upon arrival at Khao Yai National Park, you’ll step into one of Thailand’s most celebrated natural reserves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity. The park’s dense forests and open grasslands provide excellent opportunities for wildlife spotting—visitors often encounter gibbons swinging through the trees, hornbills gliding overhead, and herds of wild elephants roaming near waterholes. As the day transitions into evening, the atmosphere shifts dramatically: the night safari offers a thrilling chance to observe nocturnal creatures in their natural habitat. Guided by rangers, you may glimpse civets, porcupines, deer, and even elusive predators under the cover of darkness. The combination of daytime exploration and nighttime adventure makes Khao Yai a truly immersive experience, blending the excitement of wildlife encounters with the serenity of Thailand’s natural landscapes.

Back to Bangkok and fly to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival at airport, you will be welcomed by your English Speaking tour guide and transferred to your hotel. Evening dinner with traditional dance performance. The Khun Khantoke dinner is a quintessential Northern Thai cultural experience that combines traditional cuisine with vibrant performances. Guests are seated around low, round wooden trays called khantoke, which serve as communal tables laden with an array of authentic dishes such as sticky rice, spicy curries, grilled meats, crispy pork skin, and fresh local vegetables accompanied by chili dips. The atmosphere is warm and festive, enhanced by the setting of Lanna-style décor and attentive hospitality. As the meal unfolds, guests are entertained with classical Thai dance, music, and cultural shows that showcase the rich heritage of the region—graceful hand movements, colorful costumes, and rhythmic drum beats create a captivating backdrop. The Khun Khantoke dinner is not just about dining; it is a celebration of Northern Thai traditions, offering visitors a chance to savor local flavors while immersing themselves in the artistry and spirit of Chiang Mai’s cultural identity. Return to your hotel.

07:45 or 08:30 pick up from your Chiang Mai hotel / guesthouse (outside middle ring road additional charges will apply). Upon arrival at the Park (1 hour drive from Chiang Mai), change clothes into beautiful uniforms provided. Introductory discussion. Feed, observe and interact with our elephants. Walk with the elephants through beautiful scenery with plenty of wonderful photo opportunities. Walk down the hillside to our elephants bathing area. Enjoy bathing and brushing them in their very own pool. Say farewell to your new elephant and Mahout friends after a memorable experience. Take a shower, change your clothes and enjoy a delicious home cooked lunch prepared especially for you at Park. Return back to your accommodation at 14:00.

Depart Chiang Mai and drive into the cool highlands of Doi Inthanon National Park. Begin with a visit to Wachirathan Waterfall, one of the park’s most impressive cascades, where the mist and lush surroundings create a refreshing start to the day. Continue to Sirithan Waterfall, a quieter spot ideal for photos and appreciating the natural beauty. Travel to the Twin Royal Pagodas, built in honor of the King and Queen of Thailand. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, this site offers sweeping panoramic views of the valleys and mountains. Guests can enjoy the serene atmosphere while learning about the cultural significance of these monuments. Enjoy a Thai lunch at a local restaurant within the park area, featuring regional specialties and fresh ingredients. Walk along the Ang Ka Nature Trail, a short but enchanting boardwalk through montane forest rich with mosses, ferns, orchids, and birdlife. This trail highlights the unique ecosystem found only at high elevations in Thailand. Afterwards, visit a hill tribe village, where guests can observe traditional crafts, textiles, and daily life, gaining insight into the cultural heritage of the Karen and Hmong communities. Conclude the day with a drive to the summit of Doi Inthanon, Thailand’s highest point at 2,565 meters above sea level. The cool climate and peaceful surroundings make this a memorable finale, with a chance to reflect on the day’s blend of natural wonders and cultural encounters. Return to Chiang Mai in the evening, enriched by a full day of exploration that combines waterfalls, gardens, forests, and cultural immersion.

You will be transferred to Chiang Mai International Airport for your return flight.
