Itinerary

You'll arrive in Sanur whenever works for your schedule. Check in at your hotel and free at your leisure.

Head out to Lake Danu Bratan Temple and walk through the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces on your way to Munduk. The drive takes you through some beautiful countryside. You'll stay at a guesthouse in Munduk and have dinner with Balinese cuisine that evening.

Drive through rice fields and mountain roads to reach Kintamani. Once there, you can soak in the local hot springs and explore the town, which has nice views of Lake Batur and the crater. Wander around, chat with locals, and if you're interested, check out the market to see what local farmers are selling.

If you're up for it, there's an optional sunrise hike to Mt Batur's top before heading to Ubud. Later you'll stop for lunch at the G Adventures supported Bali Community Training Lunch Program. You'll roll into Ubud in the late afternoon, get an orientation walk, and have free time to get settled in at your accommodation.

This is your free day in Ubud. You can check out the Monkey Forest, visit temples, walk through rice paddies, or browse the markets depending on what interests you. In the evening, there's an optional traditional Kecak dance performance if you want to catch that.

This morning you'll head to Kerta Gosa, the historic court of justice, to see the traditional architecture and learn about Bali's judicial heritage. From there, you'll travel to Padang Bai Beach. The water here is great for snorkeling, and the whole harbour town has a relaxed, low-key vibe that makes it easy to settle in. Spend your afternoon getting comfortable with the area and trying out the local spots along the waterfront.

You've got the whole day to yourself at Padang Bai Beach. If you want to get in the water and snorkel, the conditions are good. Or you can just hang out at a beach café, walk around the town, take a boat trip, or simply rest. The pace is entirely up to you. This is your chance to do whatever sounds good without any scheduled activities.

Your tour ends today. You can depart from Padang Bai Beach whenever works for your travel plans. No fixed time means you can head out early if you prefer, or take your time packing up and leaving later in the day.
